Thanks for looking at my policies, you are an A+ customer!

I aim to please here, this is my shop, my job, and my life. I'd rather work for my customers than a boss any day!  

HOW DO YOU SHIP THINGS?
 I ship all items First Class mail at the USPS in a padded mailer.    First class mail is very reasonably priced for such fast shipping (most items arrive within 3-9 business days).  I do this to save my customers money.  Your item will be shipped within two days of your order date. 

TRACKING-  After your order is shipped my shipping elves will email you a tracking number.  A tracking number does not mean your item can not get lost.  I can take no responsibly for items lost in the mail. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
 I can not track most international orders.  If you live in a country other then the United states, I have no way of finding out were your package is.  I can take no responsibly for items lost in the mail. 

HOW SOON DO YOU SHIP AFTER I BUY SOMETHING?
I love going to the post office and visiting with my postal pals!  So I go every weekday (Monday - Friday) the post office is open. You package will get mailed the day you order or the day after you order and pay.

WHAT IF MY RING OR BRACELET DOES NOT FIT?
I can make small adjustments in the sizes of most rings. Please contact me if your jewlery does not fit and I will let you know if the size can be changed on your item.  There may be a small shipping fee.  Better yet, double check your size at a jewlery counter before ordering, they will have the knowlage and tools to get your proper size.

DO YOU EXCEPT RETURNS?
Yes.  If you want to return something, first let me know.  Then you can ship it back to me using First Class mail.  I will refund your money as soon as I receive the item back  and see that it is in good shape.  

CAN I EXCHANGE MY RING FOR ANOTHER ONE ON YOUR SITE?
I always prefer to issue a refund.  You are welcome to buy the new item but for my record keeping, I would rather refund your money and have you make a new purchase.
