Spoon Ring Wrapped Orange Blossom

Spoon Ring Wrapped Orange Blossom

$24.00

Orange Blossom might just make the most perfect spoon ring. This pattern was made in 1910 and comissioned for Sunkist. There are lots and lots of fruit spoons in this pattern because sunkist used to have a mail in offer to get them free if you turned in so many fruit wrappers. Finding other pieces in the Orange blossom pattern proves to be a bit difficult because they had to be purchased. Sunkist reissued the silverware pattern in 1993. It is of course not as amazing as the original you see here from 1910. Orange Blossom because of its popularity and scarcity also seems to be the most plagarized pattern for spoon rings. Often found cast in soft flimsy white metal, The clarity of the pattern in the originals is a dead giveaway.
